I’ve spent over a decade in real estate, but my heart for people started long before that. Before real estate, I worked in the church world — where I learned the value of community, service, and showing up for others when it matters most.
Music, faith, and the outdoors have always grounded me. Whether it’s playing guitar, hiking with my family, or building platforms that help neighbors help neighbors — I believe real estate is simply a tool to build stronger communities and meaningful connections.
I love building systems that help clients understand the process and feel supported every step of the way.

Real estate is about clarity, education, and creating a calm experience in what can feel overwhelming. I bring nearly three decades of experience in banking, learning and development, and home lending — having traveled across the country opening banks and training teams.
Today, I bring everything I’ve learned into real estate — creating clear and thoughtful learning experiences for our clients at every step. With a love for health, fitness, design, faith, and family, I focus on bringing calm, clarity, and intention into every space.

We’re raising three boys, and they are our biggest why. Our goal is simple: to raise young men with strong character, a solid moral foundation, and a belief in the best in others.
Our roots
Wes and Lisa have spent their entire lives in the East Valley. Gilbert has been home for the last decade — before that, Queen Creek. This isn’t a market we studied. It’s a community we’ve lived, served, and raised our family in.
We know the neighborhoods, the schools, the growth corridors, the hidden gems, and the places that make Gilbert feel like nowhere else in Arizona. That local knowledge isn’t something we built for business — it’s just who we are.
